Near-Peer Mentorship Program

Last updated: June 2026 ConnectIn Kids Inc.

Near-peer role models within the same developmental range often hold greater influence than adult instructors. ConnectIn Kids enables structured mentorship under dual-agent moderation.

Program structure

  • Cohort A (5–11): Upper-range peers mentor within subject quests
  • Cohort B (12–17): Upper-range peers guide advanced tracks and clubs

Mentor assignment

Pairings occur within structured subject quests—not open matching—keeping interactions bounded to educational activity.

Group events

Verified mentors may host moderated group sessions (e.g., guided science build-alongs) for younger participants.

Safety measures

  • Layer-1 real-time binary checks on all exchanges
  • Layer-2 pattern analysis every 30 minutes
  • No verbatim content retention
  • Immediate guardian alerts for high-severity events

Educational outcomes

Mentorship contributes to quest completion, badges, and peer leadership recognition—included in guardian summaries.
